中国护照被列最不吸引人护照之一

中国护照的免签证程度在全球排名极低,被列为最不吸引人的护照之一。

据《美国之音》报导,国际移民事务所 〝亨利及合伙人〞(Henley & Partners)公司,和〝国际航空运输协会〞一起编制的签证限制指数显示,中国护照可以免签证进入44个国家,在所有国家当中名列第82。排名甚至在印度之后。

根据这个签证自由指数,全球免签证程度排名最高的是芬兰、瑞典和英国,在全球218个国家中,这三个国家的护照可以免签证进入173个,而排名最低的是巴基斯坦、索马里、伊拉克和阿富汗。

〝亨利及合伙人〞事务所说,享受多少个国家的免签证待遇,反映出一个国家的国际地位。

广西残疾人士天安门再撒传单千份

维权律师倪玉兰将起诉警方

在被关押了两年半之后,大陆维权律师倪玉兰周六被释放。重获自由的倪玉兰向记者表示,她将控告北京警方,并要求中共当局归还她的财产。

据英国《路透社》报导,倪玉兰准备向法庭起诉,控告北京市公安局西城分局将她强迫扣押在旅馆,进而停水停电。

她对《路透社》记者表示,中共当局强拆了她的家而没有给予任何赔偿,使得她们无家可归。

倪玉兰的住所被强拆后,一度同丈夫露宿街头,随后被北京警方强制安排在北京西城区的宾馆监视居住。

她这次被判入狱,是因为拒绝缴纳住宿费用。

倪玉兰因为关注〝强拆〞问题,帮助被强拆者维权,曾经两次入狱,并被警察殴打导致双腿残疾,不能行走。

山东妇女怀孕6月遭强制堕胎

山东省潍坊已怀孕6个月的妇女刘欣雯,日前遭到暴力强制堕胎。

据英国《天空》卫视10月4号的报导,上周五凌晨4点,刘欣雯和丈夫周国强正在家中熟睡,当地20名计生委人员,踢倒大门,破门而入,他们按住周国强,同时从床上把刘欣雯拉起来,送进当地一家医院,强制打针堕掉一个男胎。

非政府组织〝女权无疆界〞表示,这对夫妇的遭遇并非个案;他们的经历再次显示了中共〝一胎化政策〞的暴力。

Chinese Passport Ranked Among the Least Useful
For International Travel

The Chinese passport was ranked one of the least attractive
for global visa waivers.

Voice of America reported that, Henley & Partners, a firm
working on international residence and citizenship planning
published an index in collaboration with International Air
Transport Association.
The index shows Chinese citizens have visa-free access to
only 44 countries, ranking 82nd and below India.

Finland, Sweden and the UK topped the index.

Their citizens have visa-free access to a maximum
of 173 out of 218 countries.
Pakistan, Somalia, Iraq and Afghanistan are at the
bottom of the index table.

Henley & Partners said that visa requirements reflect the status
of a country within the international community of nations.

Petitioners Scatter Thousands Of Flyers In Tiananmen

Petitioners scattered flyers in Tiananmen repeatedly
on October 1st and 4th .
Also on the 6th at 4:00 p.m., a disabled petitioner, Wei Piling,
from Guangxi accompanied by petitioners from other provinces
went to Tiananmen and scattered thousands of flyers for their
mistreatment to be heard.

Activist Lawyer Ni Yulan Vows to Sue Police

Human rights lawyer, Ni Yulan was released on Saturday
after being held for two and half years in jail.
Ni said she planned to sue the Beijing police,
and is requesting the regime to return her assets.

UK's Reuters reported that Ni planned to sue the Beijing
public security bureau in Xicheng district for holding her
in the hotel and cutting off the water and electricity.

Ni told Reuters that the regime had torn down her home
without giving any compensation, leaving her homeless.

After Ni's home was forcibly demolished, she and
her husband had to live on the street.
Later, the regime forced them to stay at a hotel
under residential surveillance.

The regime alleged that she had refused to
pay the hotel fees, and then they had to jail her.

Ni Yulan, who is renowned for defending people evicted
from their home, was sent to jail twice.
She was left disabled by a police beating, and couldn't walk.

Six Months Pregnant Woman Is Forced
To Have An Abortion

A six month pregnant woman, Liu Xinwen in Weifang,
Shandong Province, was forced to abort her baby.

On October 4, UK's Sky News reported that Liu Xinwen
and her husband were awoken at 4 a.m. last Friday.
Two dozen officials from local Family Planning Commission,
kicked down their door, breaking into their home.
The husband was held down while his wife was taken away to
a local hospital. A baby son was aborted.

Women's Rights Without Frontiers said that
the couple's case is not isolated.
This case shows the Chinese Communist Party is cruel and
violent in enforcing the one-child policy.
